1) It’s three weeks until my birthday but Alison already got me a present and it is so good, everything Craig Thompson touches is gold and having this new book is reviving some deep primal feelings about Blankets that I have. I’m forcing a housemate to read it so that I have someone to share all my feelings with.

2) How awesome is it being allergic to shit? My face has been this red all day and hot and itchy and also I have rashy arms that I put cortisone cream on because I couldn’t handle the itchy.
